Create a Roof by Footprint; Give slopes as the same roof slope to only the little 2 tiny edges. Finish. Change roof type properties to “cricket roof” with proper thickness and material. This footprint would be a good starting point. Then you can model all the small gable roofs separately. Also, you should probably expect to have gaps at your valley locations.
